We want you to love your Kitsch essentials, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 90-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty tools and opened personal care products may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
